Mr. Carlos A. González-Soler is a trial attorney and Non-Equity Partner and member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. He currently acts as Sub Director of the Department responsible for supervising all local, and state civil litigation.
Mr. González-Soler is focused on complex litigation cases in the areas of: personal injury, product liability, tort, and insurance coverage claims. He has successfully represented local and stateside clients on complex civil, contractual and commercial litigation cases, before local, state, and federal courts.
Further more, Mr. González-Soler has handled complex contractual disputes between health insurers and health care services providers concerning participation in the Puerto Rico governmental health insurance program (Puerto Rico Law 72 of September 7, 1993, as amended).
Before joining the Firm in 2000, Mr. González-Soler started his career with a San Juan based boutique law firm handling cases involving personal injury, product liability and insurance coverage matters, including arbitrations and trials.
