Mr. Olascoaga-Torres joined CRND’s Educational Law and General Civil Practice Department in 2016. He began his career in 2014 working for the firm in the Collection and Foreclosure Division of the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Department. His practice included representing financial institutions before local and state courts, drafting and preparation of multiple legal documentation and various types of deeds involving real estate transactions and notary law. In addition, Mr. Olascoaga-Torres has been exposed to, and participated in, post-judgment procedures, including judicial sales. While in Law School, Mr. Olascoaga-Torres worked as a Summer Associate in CNRD in 2011 and 2012. He also served as a student attorney in the Civil and Criminal Division of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico Law School Legal Aid Clinic.
