Profile:

Ms. Lynn M. Carey-Félix, is an Associate in the Collection and Foreclosure Division of the Firm’s Corporate & Real Estate Department. She joined the Firm in 2002, and since 2004 has been actively representing various financial institutions in judicial mortgage foreclosures and collections before local and state courts.  Ms. Carey-Félix is a skilled and experienced trial attorney in all matters related to collections and foreclosures, including, but not limited to, execution of judgments, encumbrances, mortgage security liens, garnishments, and forfeitures. She has also obtained experience in the discovery and execution of debtor assets for payment of judicial judgments and recoveries.
