Profile:

Mr. Rafael Santos-Toledo is an Of-Counsel to the Firm in the area of environmental law and regulations at the local, state and federal levels. Besides his environmental law practice, he also has experience in administrative law, health law, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Rosado-Medina provides Firm clients with counseling on compliance, regulatory and permitting matters under Puerto Rico and federal environmental laws. He also has represented clients on environmental issues arising in real estate developments, manufacturing, service and food retail operations, and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transfers, and financing transactions.

His environmental law experience also covers his active involvement in representing clients in adversary proceedings before local, state, and federal level, before both the administrative and judicial forums, in connection with a broad variety of environmental matters, including water, air, hazardous waste and Superfund issues.
