Profile:

Mr. Rufino A. Rosado-Medina is a trial attorney and Associate in the Firm’s Collections and Foreclosure Department. He joined the Firm in the summer of 2011, and his practice focuses on collections, foreclosures, notary law, contracts, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Rosado-Medina started his career as a solo practitioner representing clients in multiple civil and criminal cases, including pro-bono services, before the local and state courts.  From 2007-2011, he worked as Law Clerk for the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, responsible for drafting legal memoranda, opinions, orders, and judgments, and conducting extensive legal research in civil and criminal law.
