Profile:

Mrs. Samantha Vega-Cruz is a trial attorney and an Associate with the Firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice includes civil and commercial litigation cases, including insurance coverage, collections of money, breach of contract and tort. She has successfully represented insurance companies, small and large businesses and government agencies before the state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.

Before joining the Firm in 2010, Mrs. Vega-Cruz started her career working for the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico, as Director of the Consumer Affairs Committee. While working for the House of Representatives she gained first-hand experience in all manner concerning the legislative process, including, but not limited to, drafting of laws and acts, public hearings, review and analyzing diverse positions and opinions, comparative legislation (state and international), and lobbying.
