Mrs. Vanya Febles-Gordian is a tax attorney who works as an Of-Counsel to the Firm’s Corporate & Real Estate Department. Her practice is concentrated in tax law, corporate law, tax and employment benefits law, commercial real estate, and banking law.

Mrs. Febles-Gordian has ample experience representing clients in complex tax matters before administrative and judicial forums, at the local, state, and federal levels. From 1990-2001, she acted as Legal Counsel to the Puerto Rico Treasury Department and as Administrative Judge of the Adjudicative Procedure Office.
