The Firm has an established practice in defending representation petitions before the National Labor Relations Board and Puerto Rico’s Labor Relations Board; we also represent employers in unfair labor practices investigations, hearings, trials and decertification proceedings.
The Firm’s Labor and Employment Departmnet also takes pride in assisting and representing a wide range of employers from both the public and private sector in collective bargaining negotiations and arbitration proceedings before the Bureau of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Puerto Rico, Department of Labor and Human Resources.
